You cannot change the past, so there is no point to dwell on it. What is done is done. Learn from it and move on.
Tomorrow is not promised or predictable. Stressing over the expectations of tomorrow will only lead to disappointment.
Life is today. Live the life right in front of you. Enjoy every moment to it's fullest. Your past will become regret free and your future will hold no boundries.
